While working with this product, there were several important objectives: to improve features and functionality for the business side on a web-based dashboard, and to make the purchase experience easier for the customer on a mobile ticketing application. The outcome was a better-performing mobile app, which increased conversion rates and significantly reduced abandonment rates. On the business side, the dashboard now has a more intuitive user interface and enhanced functionalities.
